Shipping policy

As soon as you make the purchase, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and our team will get to work so that you receive your order as soon as possible. If after the working days indicated below for each country you have not received your order, please contact us indicating your order number and we will review your order history to find a solution as soon as possible. You will receive an email with the tracking of your order so that you can be aware of the status of your shipment at any time.

Cold Culture will not be responsible for delivery errors caused when the delivery address entered by the User in the order form does not correspond to reality or when some information has been omitted.

During collection launches, Black Friday Week and Christmas due to high demand concentrated in a few days, it is possible that shipments may suffer some delays.

IMPORTANT: Orders placed after 1:00 PM CET will be processed the following business day.

Taxes, customs & duties

For orders shipped to the countries in the list at the end of this page (*), your country's customs authorities may require payment of import duties, taxes, and/or customs clearance fees when your order arrives at its destination. These charges are set by the relevant authorities and/or by the carrier handling customs clearance — not by Cold Culture — and must be paid directly to the carrier or customs office in order to complete the import and delivery of your order.

For all other destinations, import duties and taxes are already included in your order, so you will not need to make any additional import-related payment upon delivery.
