Yes, we ship all over the world! Plus, we offer free shipping everywhere (please check conditions).

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
Every time we ship an order you receive an email with the tracking number and link.
Please look for it and check the status of the shipment.

There's a size chart on every product page.
If It's your first order, we strongly suggest to measure your garments and make sure the size you get is the closest to that.
This way you will ensure that the fitting is perfect.
We work really hard to make sure all our products meet the highest quality standards.
As we sell thousands of units on a daily basis, It's difficult for us to detect all damaged products.
But you don't need to worry. If you receive a defective item please contact with hello@coldcultureworldwide.com and explain your situation. Make sure to upload photos of the defects and write your order number.
ORDERS
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Shop Pay, Bizum, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal and some other local payment systems.
Sadly, no. Due to Shopify's discount system capabilities, orders are limited to 1 discount each.
If you are lucky enough to have a discount code, use It ASAP! We don't do discounts (Only on Black Friday).
When you place an order, our warehouse gets notified and starts the picking process.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept cancellations due to the high volume we have.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
Items purchased from COLD CULTURE must be returned in perfect condition and unused, free from damage, stains, odors, or any condition that would prevent their sale as new. Items must also be returned in their original packaging, including all tags and any items included as part of the packaging, within 14 days from receipt of shipment in order to receive a refund.
Purchases made through the website can be returned both online and at any of our physical stores, but purchases made in physical stores can only be returned to the corresponding store.
EXTENDED RETURN POLICY:
Orders placed between November 18th and January 6th will have 60 days for returns.
SPAIN (IBERIAN PENINSULA)
For exchanges and returns of orders destined for Spain, please access the following link: Returns and exchanges portal. Returns cost €4.90 and exchanges €2.95, and are processed through a drop-off point.
It's possible to exchange an item that has already been exchanged previously, but returns of previously exchanged items will not be accepted.
EUROPEAN UNION AND REST OF WORLD
For returns from the European Union and beyond, exchanges for a different product or size are not possible. To initiate a return, please access the following Returns and Exchanges Portal. There are two return methods available: self-shipment or pre-paid label shipment, the cost of the latter will depend on the region from which the return is being made and will be calculated on the returns portal.
For pre-paid labels, the package must be delivered to a Fedex office or a home pickup can be arranged at no additional cost. There is a maximum of 15 days allowed to deposit the item for return. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method used during purchase within 5 to 10 business days after the item arrives at our warehouse. During collection launches, holiday campaigns, Black Friday, or other peak messaging periods, return processing times may vary slightly.
REFUNDS
Refunds from Spain will be processed immediately after filling out the returns portal. You will receive the money immediately after submitting the returns portal.
Refunds for international orders will be processed via the original payment method used during purchase within 5 to 10 business days after the item arrives at our warehouse. No, we’re sorry but, you can’t return or exchange your order on our website if you made your purchase in a store.
Yes, you can return your order placed online at our Cold Culture Madrid store (Colón, 4). From the moment your order is shipped, you can go to one of our stores and return or exchange the product.
It is necessary to present the online purchase confirmation email in the store to be able to make the refund and to be able to accept the return. We don’t refund the shipping cost, and the refund will be returned to the same payment method that was used at the time of purchase, within a period of 3 to 5 days, depending on the bank.
Items must be in the same condition in which they were received.
We work very hard in order for our garments to be the highest quality and without any defects. But even for us, it's hard to have everything under control. However, if you have a concern about a faulty or damaged item, request it through this form attaching images.
All items we sell are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. Defective products may be subject to inspection prior to a refund or exchange. This may entail returning the product to our Returns Center for inspection.
Underwear is not in our exchange and return policy, so it cannot be exchanged or returned.
Cold Culture Gift Card is not included in our return policy, so we do not accept its return.
