No. Once you reach the necessary amount of points, you get automatically moved up to the next level. If you then spend your points, you will stay on the new level you unlocked.

You will receive your reward once your friend places an order.

If you have points on your wallet but don't know hoy to spend them, or even access to them, it may be because you haven't created an account yet.

Please create an account with the same email associated to the points to be able to use them.
